Refund & Return Policy
At Atlantic Coast Farms, our products fall into two distinct categories. Because of this, return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Please review the section below that applies to your order.
Hatching Eggs & Perishable Goods
(Farm-Fulfilled Products)
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of hatching eggs and other biological or food-based products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Hatching eggs are carefully collected, packed, and shipped to maximize viability. However, once an order leaves our care, factors such as shipping conditions, carrier handling, weather, and individual incubation methods are beyond our control.
For this reason:
- All hatching egg and perishable product sales are final
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted
- Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed once shipped
If your order arrives damaged or with a shipping-related issue, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Perishable Goods
(Supplier-Fulfilled Products)
Certain non-perishable items sold on Atlantic Coast Farms are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. These products may be eligible for returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
Return Process
- Returns are processed by mail
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- No restocking fees are charged
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected
Because these items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, all return requests are subject to supplier approval. Return instructions will be provided once a request is reviewed.

Shipping & Handling Acknowledgment
Due to the fragile nature of hatching eggs and other perishable goods, shipping conditions and carrier handling may impact product viability. Once an order leaves our care, these factors are outside of our control.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Orders placed with Atlantic Coast Farms are subject to the return eligibility outlined above. By completing a purchase, customers agree to these terms. Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted for items that fall outside of eligible return conditions may be contested using order records, delivery confirmation, and this published policy.
