Hatching Eggs & Perishable Goods

(Fulfilled directly by us from our farm)

We ship hatching eggs directly from our farm with care and attention to proper handling and packing. Because hatching eggs are a fragile product, shipping conditions can impact viability despite careful preparation.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship via FedEx 2Day One Rate when possible for faster and more reliable delivery. Due to our location and postal routes, USPS may be used only as a last resort or for local deliveries in northern Florida.

Shipping is based on the number of boxes required to safely pack your order. Smaller orders typically ship in a single FedEx 2Day One Rate box, while larger quantities may require multiple boxes to ensure proper protection during transit.

In the uncommon event that shipping is not accurately calculated at checkout due to box quantity requirements, we will contact you before shipment and provide an invoice for the additional shipping cost.

Shipping Schedule

Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday only to help ensure same-week delivery and reduce the risk of eggs being delayed in transit over weekends.

Eggs are collected fresh over a 1–2 day period and are typically packed the evening before shipment. If you have specific delivery date restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Risk Acknowledgment

Once an order leaves our care, shipping conditions and carrier handling are outside of our control. Due to the fragile nature of hatching eggs, factors such as temperature changes, transit delays, and handling during shipment can sometimes affect viability, even when eggs are carefully packed.

Non-Perishable & Supplier-Shipped Goods

This section applies only to non-perishable, non-biological products fulfilled through third-party suppliers and does not apply to hatching eggs.

Some products offered on Atlantic Coast Farms are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers. These items ship directly from the supplier and follow different fulfillment processes than our hatching egg offerings.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Shipping times, packaging, and carriers may vary depending on the product and supplier location. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided on individual product pages when available.

Most non-perishable orders ship and deliver within 3–7 business days, though timing may vary.

Shipping Timeframes & Tracking

Because these products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, orders may ship in multiple packages. Tracking information will be provided automatically with your order once it becomes available.
